Customer can cancel their order in 24 hours ,Unless the item is marked as shipped.

Customer cannot cancel the order after the item is shipped.

Return Policy

We have a customer friendly return policy ,we accept 15 days of free returns (Only In case of damage/defective or wrong Product received).

All Products carry 3 days of TheElectriconline Assurity,within which any defect or other technical issues faced in product is liable for a free replacement, any issue face after this time frame is still liable for the replacement by the Brand(Under Warranty).
