We delivered across Gujarat and out side Gujarat also.

 

How is delivery to be done?

We have tied up with renowned courier service for goods delivery. We required your support for your delivery address in terms of perfect location and access of address etc. For shipments delivered by us, we do not bear any responsibility for failure to deliver at the delivery address due to factors like non-availability of approach roads, restrictions on timing, entry of delivery van/delivery personnel, prohibition of usage of staircase/elevators etc. For these factors, if the delivery is cancelled, then the customer would have to bear re-delivery charges of Rs. 500.

Our intent is to pass on launching or registration offer to maximum individual.

 

How will you come to know about delivery status ? Is there any extra cost for Express delivery?

When your goods are ready to be shipped, you will get a SMS & email notification informing you about the delivery time.

Yes, there will be extra charges to be charged for Express Delivery. It is according of the product size and location. Express delivery charges will be inform and confirm to you in advance through our executive.

 

What is the normal shipping charges?

Shipping charges are subject to size and weight it may change as per product category.

We provide free shipping across the Gujarat for orders ( if order cost will be more then Rs.10000 excluding vat). Out of Gujarat we will take extra charges as per location. If order cost will be below Rs.10000( excluding vat) then shipping charges will be as mentioned below :

 

How can you check the delivery status of your order?

When your order is dispatched, you shall receive an email and SMS with the dispatch details. For deliveries handled by us, you can directly talked to our delivery executive, whose number would share with you in the SMS. For deliveries handled through the courier companies, you may go to the links provided in the emails to track the courier status by entering your courier AWB numbers.

 

With in how many days we will received our product?

We will deliver the products within 5 to 7 working days. Due to any reason we will not able to deliver the goods, then will inform you through call/SMS/email. In this case client will not claim any losses towards www.theelectriconline.com.

 

If Material will not delivered at your shipping address within stipulated time, then where you have to contact?

In this case if you will not received material within 7 days then you are free to write on info@theelectriconline.com for non delivery.

What if there is no one at the delivery address when the order arrives?

Someone to be present at shipping address at the time of delivery. This would be inform to you before dispatch. If no one is present at the time of delivery, then goods would be returned and a re-delivery charge of Rs.200 would be charged extra Or Our customer service executive would contact you to fix an alternate delivery schedule.

In cases where the delivery is being handled by our courier, the courier will leave a note requesting a call back at a given number, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery

 

What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?

Please do not accept the package and contact us so that we assist you with further instructions. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details

All of our products come with the standard manufacturers or Importers warranty.
